So it's been an icky week. It all started by finding out that my top advocate at work is leaving. Not that its the end of the world and it really puts my company in more a pinch than me, but still a pain none-the-less.
Then I find out that Jereme's job is being eliminated in January. Again, not the end of the world, but certainly sucks. It will be ok and I am trying not to stress about it too much. He's been wanting out of US Bank for a long, long time, so maybe it just took this to kickstart things. He's a smart guy with tons of potential; I am sure something will come along. Hopefully that something makes tons of money, so me and baby VB can go shopping!
To top off the everything else, we've been plagued with interviewing idiots. I seriously cannot believe that some of these people would think that we would actually pay them to watch our kid. Yesterday we went to a house where we literally had to kick crap out of the way to walk though it. Dirty dishes laying everywhere, kids running around screaming. Then she tells me that her kids have a 'seperate area' (they are 4 and 15 months) because they will really need their space. What the heck is that supposed to mean? Anyways, we left within 15 minutes, shaking our heads. Maybe, just maybe, we'll have better luck at one of the next places.

Hi Sara,
Sorry to hear about your bad news. It's not a great time to work in the financial market; I'm in the same boat. Try to stay positive! It will all work out somehow.
Hugs to you my dear! Make sure you are happy with your daycare!!!!! That is the only way you will ever be productive returning to work!
Your hubby is very smart, I may not see the "smart" side all to often, but we generally only see him on weekends, hey maybe he could get a job at a brewery or something while he hunts?!:)
Love you my dear, keep your chin up, and belly too :)
PS. Parker is turning 1 already, you know how fast this past year has gone????? So much can change in just a matter of months.
